Yes. Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives, anywhere in Pakistan. Orders over Rs. 10,000 are confirmed with 50% paid in advance by bank transfer, and the rest is paid on delivery. Pay the whole amount in advance and you save 5%.

Ji haan. Parcel milne par courier ko cash payment karein, Pakistan mein kahin bhi. Rs. 10,000 se zyada ke orders 50% advance payment (bank transfer) ke baad confirm hote hain, aur baqi raqam delivery par di jati hai. Poori raqam advance mein dene par aap ko 5% discount milta hai.

Can I pay in advance?Kya main advance payment kar sakta hoon?

Yes. Pay the full amount in advance and you save 5% on your total. Orders over Rs. 10,000 need at least 50% in advance. Pay by bank transfer (the bank details are shown at checkout), then send the original screenshot of the transfer receipt on WhatsApp. Once we have verified the payment, we dispatch your order by courier.

How long does delivery take?Delivery mein kitna waqt lagta hai?

Orders arrive in 3–7 working days, anywhere in Pakistan. Before dispatch our team calls or messages you to confirm your order and address. Gift-wrapped orders leave within 48 hours.

Order Pakistan mein kahin bhi 3–7 working days mein pohanch jata hai. Dispatch se pehle hamari team aap ko call ya message kar ke order aur address confirm karti hai. Gift-wrapped orders 48 ghanton ke andar dispatch ho jate hain.

How much is delivery?Delivery kitne ki hai?

A flat Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more. You see the charge at checkout before you pay.

Pakistan mein har jagah flat Rs. 250, aur Rs. 5,000 ya us se zyada ke order par delivery free hai. Charges payment se pehle checkout par nazar aate hain.

Can you send it straight to the person as a gift?Kya aap gift seedha us shakhs ko bhej sakte hain?

Yes. Add gift wrap and a free handwritten card on the toy's page, tick "keep it a surprise", and we send it to their address with no invoice or prices inside.

Ji haan. Toy ke page par gift wrap aur free handwritten card add karein, "keep it a surprise" tick karein, aur hum parcel unke address par bhej denge. Parcel ke andar koi invoice ya qeemat nahi hogi.

Can I order on WhatsApp?Kya main WhatsApp par order kar sakta hoon?

Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with the toy name — or tap "Order on WhatsApp" in your bag — and we confirm everything with you there.

Bilkul. Toy ka naam WhatsApp par bhejein — ya apne bag mein "Order on WhatsApp" dabayein — aur hum wahin sab kuch aap ke saath confirm kar lenge.

What if it arrives damaged or something is missing?Agar toy toota hua aaye ya koi cheez kam ho to?

Record a short video showing the problem — ideally while opening the parcel — and send it to us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. Keep the toy in its original packaging, and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Masle ki ek chhoti si video banayein — behtar hai parcel kholte waqt — aur delivery ke 7 din ke andar hamein WhatsApp par bhej dein. Toy ko uski asal packing mein rakhein; hum use badal denge ya refund kar denge, jo aap pasand karein.

Are your branded toys genuine?Kya aap ke branded toys original hain?

Yes. Branded toys such as UNO, Monopoly, Catan, Jenga, Maisto, Intex and Schylling NeeDoh are genuine and sealed in their original packaging, with the maker's own age guidance on the box.
